Brigitte, a mother of five and grandmother of thirteen, wants her customers to experience the joy of making memories with friends and family while enjoying her delicious chocolates.
The company has a strong focus on sustainability and social responsibility, using only natural ingredients that are carefully sourced and ethically traded.
Brigitte has made it her mission to create high-quality chocolate confections for all occasions. From avelãs croquante to chocolate ganache with 100% pure arabica coffee beans or milk chocolate Port Tawny to more exotic flavors like dark chocolate passion fruit mango or sour cherry Ginja. As well as organic Grand Cru origine chocolate bars from Cameroon, Ecuador, Bolivia, and São Tomé & Principé.

Chocolate Bless was founded in 2019 near Nazaré, Portugal by Brigitte Bless, a Swiss chocolatier with over 6 years of chocolate-making experience.
In September 2023, in response to growing demand, Chocolate Bless expanded into a charming commercial shopfront in Caldas da Rainha—inviting more guests to experience Brigitte’s handcrafted chocolates in the heart of the city.
