Shipping and Returns

Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our chocolates, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. 

Shipping Within Portugal
We ship year-round across Portugal via CTT express couriers.

• Flat rate: €18 for orders up to 4kg
• Delivery time: 24 hours (business days)

Orders are dispatched Monday through Friday. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package, especially during warmer months.

Packaging
All orders are packed using eco-friendly, insulated containers to help maintain temperature and product integrity during transit.

Store Pickup
Customers are welcome to collect their orders in person at our Caldas da Rainha store.
Pickup hours will be confirmed via email once your order is ready.

International Shipping
We offer limited international shipping between November and February to ensure product quality. Please contact us directly for a custom shipping quote and availability.
